Program Book Advertising

• The SleuthFest Program Book will be distributed to all registered attendees.
• Placement (except for cover ads) is run-of-the-book; earlier reservations of full-page ads get first consideration.
• You can provide your own artwork, or we will design it for you at no additional fee.
• The deadline for reserving ad space is August 15.  The back cover is first-come/first-served. 
• The deadline for submission of artwork is September 1, although we encourage you to submit your artwork as early as possible.

Program Book Specifications

• • Trim size: 8.5″ x 11″
  • Live image area: 7.25″ x 9.825″ (no bleed)
• Program book ad sizes are:
  • Full page: 7.25″ x 9.825″
  • 1/2 page: 7.25″ x 4.75″
  • 1/3 page: 7.5″ x 3″
• Ads must be submitted as high-resolution PDF or a JPG, PNG, or RBG that is at least 300 dpi
  • Covers must be CMYK — high resolution, ready for high-quality print

  • Embed all fonts to ensure correct printing.

  • After you purchase an ad, you will receive instructions on sending your ad file
